How to use it
How to use the TePe Nova Medium toothbrush?
Brush your teeth twice daily (morning and evening) with a suitable toothpaste. Use gentle, circular motions on all tooth surfaces, including along the gumline. After each use, rinse the brush thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air-dry upright to prevent bacterial growth.
Replace your toothbrush every 2–3 months or as soon as the bristles show signs of wear.
