How to use it
Dilute the contents of the measuring cup in a glass of water (250ml).
The first 3 days: 2 bottle tops 50ml per day1 2 plugs-dose daily The following 4 days: 1 50ml measuring cap per day.
Shake the bottle before use. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume quickly.
