How to use it
How to take Thalgo Océa Sun self-tan capsules?
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Begin the course at least 3 weeks before sun exposure. Continue throughout your time in the sun, then for 1 month afterwards to prolong your tan and protect your skin.
Tip: For optimal protection, combine this supplement with a sun cream.
