How to use it
Cold therapy: put in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Hot Therapy: Microwave for the duration and temperature indicated.
The composition may be subject to variations, so we advise you to always check the list on the purchased product.
The application should not exceed 20 minutes.
Wait at least 20 minutes before applying again. If necessary, apply again for 20 minutes. Always test the temperature before application. Prolonged application may result in burn injury.
