Composition : Propylene glycol, Brillant Blue, Hydroxyethycellulose, Water.

How to use it

FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS: Place the pouch in the freezer for at least 1h30/2h00. You can apply the pouch directly to the painful area or, as a precaution, on a cloth at first.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE WATER: Immerse the pouch in boiling water for a maximum of 5 minutes. Remove the bag from the water and dry it.
