How to use it
For best results, brush carefully with Parogencyl toothpaste three times a day (after each meal). Brush in light vertical movements, from the gum line to the tip of your teeth.
Parogencyl toothpaste has a soft texture allowing it to be gently massaged into the gum if brushing is too painful.
