How to use it

Place 1 sachet in a cup and pour over simmering water. Leave to infuse for 3 minutes to allow the plants to release their full flavour, and up to 5 minutes depending on the desired intensity.4 cups a day.Tip: use spring water to keep all the flavour of the infusion intact.
