How to use it
How do you use Tena Discreet?
Fold the pad lengthways to give it a slightly curved shape. Then remove the film from the adhesive strips.
Position the pad inside your underwear, with the absorbent side facing upwards, then press it into place. Adjust it carefully before pulling up your underwear to ensure a secure fit. Replace it as soon as necessary.
