Hydrocolloid technology for skin repair
The Urgo Fast-Healing Finger Plasters are specially designed medical devices for treating superficial wounds on the fingertips. The central pad features a hydrocolloid matrix that effectively absorbs wound exudate. When in contact with secretions, it transforms into a skin-rebuilding gel that maintains an optimal moist environment, preventing scab formation and supporting the skin’s natural cell renewal process.
Ergonomic design for flexibility and water resistance
What sets these Urgo hydrocolloid plasters apart is their anatomical shape, designed to fit the finger’s contours without restricting movement. The outer polyurethane layer is fully waterproof, allowing regular handwashing without compromising adhesion. This protective barrier also shields the wound from external bacteria and repeated friction caused by daily manual activities or professional tasks.
Long-lasting hold for unrestricted finger movement
Unlike traditional woven plasters, this medical-grade finger dressing features an ultra-thin, flexible structure that maintains full phalange mobility. Its gentle yet secure adhesive ensures extended wear—reducing the need for frequent changes while supporting the healing of granulation tissue. By relieving local pressure, it provides discreet, effective wound care to restore the skin’s integrity without limiting dexterity.

Clean and dry the wound before application. Warm the plaster between your hands to make it easier to apply.
