BIOSYNEX Thermal cushion shoulders and neck 32x45cm
The thermal pads help relieve daily pains with enhanced and prolonged efficiency thanks to an ultra-flex system allowing a uniform distribution of micro-gel beads. The micro-beads, without medicinal assets, allow thermotherapy by the hot and thermotherapy by the cold. The velvet side of the products provides additional comfort and limits the risk of burning or cracking.
Cold Therapy Helps relieve shoulder pain and trapezius muscles. Hot Thermotherapy Helps relieve muscle pain (neck pain), stiffness and muscle contractures (torticollis).
Cold use - Keep in the freezer for at least 2 hours. - Apply the product to the treated area for a maximum of 20 minutes, taking care to pause for 20 minutes between applications. - Make sure the temperature of the product is suitable before application.
Hot use Microwave heating: - Place the thermal pad flat in the center of the microwave oven. - Make sure that the edges of the oven do not touch the walls of the microwave oven - Warm up the thermal pad with the temperature and time indicated. - The temperature of the product may be higher on its edges. It is advisable to knead it to distribute the heat throughout the product. - Always check the temperature of the product with the touch (it must be uniform on all parts) before use to avoid burns. - If the thermal pad is too hot, let it cool down. - If the thermal pad is not hot enough, put it back into the microwave oven, turning it over on the opposite side. Attention the product should not be too hot so that the application remains comfortable. - Apply it to the treated area for up to 20 minutes, leaving 20 minutes between applications.
