How to use it
How to use Méno+ by Vit'All+?
Take one capsule daily with a meal, preferably in the morning with a large glass of water. This simple daily routine helps provide a steady release of active ingredients for your comfort.
For optimal results for hormonal balance, follow a three-month course, which may be repeated. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place.
