Anti-fatigue effect and action on energy Metabolism
Riboflavin-5-Phosphate is the stable form of vitamin B2. It is rapidly converted into free riboflavin, which is involved in numerous biochemical pathways. Reviews of studies show that vitamin B2 contributes to energy metabolism¹, is involved in the Krebs cycle and in the mitochondrial Breathing chain. It is therefore particularly recommended for reducing the frequency and duration of headaches linked to mitochondrial dysfunction². It protects cells, reduces oxidative stress and contributes to normal iron Metabolism.
