Preparation for Grog. Honey - Lemon juice - Cinnamon - Ginger.
Honey to soothe the irritation of the throat, lemon juice for its antiseptic virtues, essential oil of eucalyptus to cleanse and clear the nose and spices that warm and stimulate the immune defenses: cinnamon Ceylon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) that invigorates the body and the ginger (Zingiber officinalis) true ally to clean the respiratory tracts.
Without alcohol, this preparation can be used by the whole family.
However, if you prefer the traditional recipe, add brown rum *, drink it all hot and then slip under the duvet to let the grog take effect!

How to use it
The right grog formula to use at the first sign of cold, sore throat or cough: dilute 2 to 3 teaspoons of GROG Vitaflor preparation in a large cup of boiling water, stir well and drink warm.

Ingredients: 94.4% honey, 2% concentrated lemon juice, natural cinnamon flavor, eucalyptus essential oil, 0.5% ginger, 0.3% cinnamon. Average nutritional values per 100 g (% AQR *): Energy 1396 kJ (17%) / 329 kcal (16%), fat 0.5 g (1%), carbohydrates 81 g (31%) including sugars 66 g ( 73%), protein 0 g (0%), salt 0.03 g (1%). * Daily reference intakes for a typical adult (8400 kJ / 2000 kcal).
Helps soothe all types of coughs and comforts a sore throat when needed.
