How to use it
Shake the Ampula before opening. Break the tips of the ampulas out of the glass. It is advisable to use a small cloth to help you break off the tips of the ampulas. Dilute one Ampula in a glass of water or fruit juice at breakfast (20 cl). Due to the natural origin of the ingredients, a slight deposit may appear. Bio Gelée Royale 1800 mg is intended as a 20-day programme, renewable in particular at the change of season.
