How to use it
Adults and children from 11 years old: take 2 sachets during the day, preferably separately, for example one in the morning and one in the evening, for better absorption. Children from 4 years old: take 1 sachet during the day. Melt the contents of the sachet directly in the mouth or to dilute it in a small amount of water, fruit juice or yogurt. A slight citrus taste is the result of the mixture of the natural ingredients.
