Vitamin D, also known as cholecalciferol, is a fat-soluble hormone which is one of the many nutrients the Body needs to stay healthy. The term "vitamin D" refers to several different forms, the two most active in the body being:
vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) produced by plants
vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), which is synthesised by the Skin under the action of the Sun or provided by food.

How to use it
Take 1 capsule a day with your morning or midday meal.
