How to use it
How to use Weleda Organic Nursing Tea?
Place one sachet in 250 ml of hot (not boiling) water and leave to infuse for 8 minutes. Drink 2 to 3 cups daily to support breastfeeding. For best results, enjoy warm or at room temperature between meals.
