How to use it
In local application, Zestra® is easy to use.
Apply the contents of a sachet (0.8mL) on the vulva and the external genitals (clitoris and lips) by massaging gently for 5 minutes before intercourse.
DO NOT APPLY IN VAGINA.
The effects of Zestra® begin after 5 minutes and last on average 45 minutes.
Zestra® can be used as often as you want - including every sexual experience.
For optimal effect, only one sachet per use is sufficient.

Zestra is reserved for the adult woman. Do NOT use Zestra® with LATEX condoms because they are not compatible with oil-based products. Zestra® can be used only with POLYURETHANE condoms. Do not use if you have known hypersensitivity (allergy) to the different ingredients of Zestra®. Zestra® is not a lubricant. You can still use it with the soothing Suvégel® gel made by the Densmore laboratory. Zestra® does NOT provide you with protection against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Zestra® is NOT a contraceptive and does NOT contain spermicide. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive (as Zestra® has not been tested in these populations).
