How to use Aboca Sollievo Physiolax?
For ages 12 and over, take 5 to 15 ml in the evening as needed (1 to 3 measuring spoons). Choose the minimum dose needed to ease bowel movements without causing loose stools. Take the syrup neat or diluted in a glass of water. Shake before use.
Drink regularly, eat fibre-rich foods and stay physically active. Close the bottle and wash the measuring spoon after each dose. Use within 30 days of opening.
