Cicatrimel is a gel based on medical honey and Hyaluronic Acid designed to heal wounds (acute, chronic, 1st and 2nd degree burns). It is a sterile class IIb medical device, sterilised by radiation to preserve its properties.

How to use it
Even more practical! This mobile tube is applied directly to the wound thanks to its precision tip.
To ensure proper healing : 1) Rinse the wound with saline solution. 2) Gently dry the edge of the wound. 3) Cover the entire wound surface or the secondary dressing (preferably a greasy tulle) with a thin film of Cicatrimel. There is no need to fill cavitated wounds. 4) Cover with compresses and an occlusive dressing during the first few applications for very exudative wounds.
Cicatrimel healing honey - Thyme honey and Hyaluronic Acid is a sterile class IIb medical device, manufactured by MELIPHARM (France) and intended for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds.
This medical device is a regulated health product and bears the CE mark (n°0459).
