How to use it
How to use Alvityl Assimyl+?
Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with a glass of water, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach. Avoid protein-rich meals and very hot drinks. If you experience digestive sensitivity, a light snack is acceptable.
