How to use it
How to use Alvityl Assimyl+?
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily in the morning with a large glass of water during a fat-rich meal. Avoid taking high doses of calcium at the same time to prevent excess calcium in the blood.

Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; zinc bisglycinate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin D (cholecalciferol and calcifediol monohydrate (calcifediol) ampli-D®.
Active ingredients (per 2 capsules): Vitamin D 2000 IU 1000% NRV* (250 µg cholecalciferol + 10 µg ampli-D® calcifediol), magnesium bisglycinate providing 112.5 mg magnesium (30% NRV*), zinc bisglycinate providing 3 mg zinc (30% NRV*). *NRV: Nutrient Reference Value
