Rated 3 out of 5 by SallyCat from Nice moisturiser, but... This is a nice, light day wear moisturiser. Except it doesn't do what it says on the tin. It did not reduce my facial redness in any way, shape or form. I tried, I hoped, but even if I looked at my face in the dark with blurry unglasses wearing dimness, there was absolutely no redness resolution, even if my face did feel moisturised without an oily heavy feeling. Nice try Clinique, but a redness reducing fail.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Etoise from It made my redness worse I've been using Moisture Surge for years, but I decided to switch to Redness Solutions to see if it would help with my rosacea. Unfortunately, after using the entire product, I realized it actually made my redness worse. My skin became more irritated and itchy than it was with Moisture Surge. I had purchased a second Redness Solutions, but I'm returning it and going back to my usual moisturizer. Very disappointing product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Forehead Rash from Severe Forehead Rash from Formula Change I've been using this daily relief cream every day for 8 years, and up until now it has been by far the best cream for redness on the market - it WAS an absolute saviour. But, the formula has recently changed, and the ingredient list has not been updated on the website. Despite not changing my routine for nearly a decade (Redness Solutions Cleanser followed by Redness Solutions Daily Relief Cream), I've recently developed a pretty severe rash on my forehead and very dry patches on other parts of my upper face. Painful, itchy and bumpy. This new ingredient list now includes BHT, which is a restricted chemical substance in the UK, and while I can't be 100% sure it's the cause, it's the most likely reason for this sudden turn in problem skin. No previous formulas EVER included this chemical (which is used as a preservative). I don't know why you would put this in a product designed for people with sensitive, rosacea prone skin. After 8 years, I can no longer recommend this product. Be very cautious before applying to your face and do a patch test first for at least 24 hours before trialling it. It might just save you hundreds of £'s on dermatologist appointments and prescription creams, not to mention the stress. I still haven't recovered and it has been awful, to put it lightly. Please Clinique, revert back to the previous formula. Why change something that worked so well?

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rodders from Soothing moisturiser I cannot live without out this moisturiser. Makes my skin smooth, though my skin is not due to menopause and rosacea. When I wake up in the morning, after applying the moisturiser before bed my skin is so smooth and the rosacea looks calm. Brilliant. It's very thick consistency which I was a little sceptical about but the difference it makes is it's fabulous.

Please never stop making this product and please never change the product with other ingredients as it's ?? fantastic ?? Thank you Clinique even my son is using it. ?????
