It was only on searching on line I discovered many other similar comments. I wouldn't have bought this powder if I'd known, I now have to buy a powder applicator. Very disappointing

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nik from No applicator brush anymore, very disappointing I have used this product for years and have been recommending it to friends and family for itsqualityand convenience. My mum decided she wanted to try it and asked for it as a birthday present. Upon opening her present I was embarrassed to discover there is no brush applicator included with it anymore and not even a press pad. So my mum now has a birthday present she can't use becauseshe barely ever uses makeup. When I contacted Clinique I was advised to buy a brush from them. What a rip off. I bought an incomplete product and was then told to spend more money to use the product. Absolutely furious. I won't be recommending Clinique products again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Jo Crow from NO BRUSH! Bad decision I have just taken delivery of a replacement compact and have searched how to access the lower compartment for the brush... Gradually dawned on me there isn't one which is just crazy. I didn't need to read the reviews before ordering because it has been a great product but now see many saying the same thing. Sustainability is one thing but I fail to see how including a tiny, pretty essential brush is going to save the planet. This is a portable product and a separate brush will now disperse powder in to my handbag - unless of course I put it in to a small - almost certain to be - plastic bag?! I strongly suspect this has nothing to do with sustainability but instead cost saving. Bad decision by me, bad decision by Clinique.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anne from Amazing but disappointed I have used this powder to cover rosacea for years so there was no hesitation in reordering. On opening I was shocked to find NO BRUSH! The very nature of this product is to be able to keep it with you during the day to reapply. I understand you may be cutting costs but this is a bad move.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Aspiring from Good product - cheap and nasty packaging I have used this product for many years and always been very pleased with it. However, the latest delivery was very disappointing. The once-solid case, with a handy applicator brush has been cheapened - no brush any more, just a cheap sponge which is useless for application - leaves blotches of powder and lots of dust - very wasteful, and probably not very hygienic. The plastic holding the pin which holds the lid on broke within about a week, so the lid now falls off every time it is opened - useless for travelling with. The actual product is still good, but the latest presentation is very poor - I will be looking elsewhere next time - a shame after loving this product for so many years.

Rated 3 out of 5 by JC from Brush no longer included I've used this product for years. It is useful on top of other products to reduce redness. I bought one recently and was really disappointed to find there is no longer a brush included. This makes it really inconvenient for my handbag. I've just checked the product information again and I can't find any mention of the brush no longer being included. If I had read that, I might have reconsidered my purchase and I will look for an alternative next time. Such a shame.
