How to use it
How to use Arkopharma Arkoessential Organic Ginger Essential Oil?
For children aged 7 and over, place the drops onto a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or purée) before swallowing. Recommended dosage: adults should take 2 drops, 3 times daily; ages 12–15, 2 drops twice daily; ages 7–11, 1 drop twice daily.
Avoid direct contact with mucous membranes. For best results, take with meals to help minimise the risk of digestive irritation.

Ingredients: 100% organic ginger rhizome essential oil (Zingiber officinale), Zingiberaceae, origin Sri Lanka or Madagascar.
