Dual chronobiological action
This food supplement combines rapid and prolonged melatonin release (1 mg followed by 0.9 mg) to help you fall asleep and maintain continuous sleep. Its bilayer tablet also contains relaxing plants: passionflower and valerian work from bedtime, while eschscholzia extends their benefits throughout the night.

How to use it
How should Arkopharma Arkorelax be used?
Take 1 tablet daily one hour before bedtime with a large glass of water. For adults only, to help promote restful sleep.
