How to use it
How to use Arkopharma Arkorelax Sleep Flexi-Doses?
To aid falling asleep, place 1 tablet under the tongue before bedtime. Repeat as needed, up to 3 times per night. For jet lag, take 1 tablet on the first day of travel and continue upon arrival as required.
For adults only. The sublingual format ensures rapid and effective action.

Ingredients: Bulking agent: mannitol, isomalt and starch - Poppy petal extract (papaver rhoeas L.) - Anticaking agent: magnesium stereate - Natural flavouring (verbena flavour) - Melatonin
Per 1 tablet :
Poppy petal extract 24 mg
Melatonin 0.5 mg
For 2 tablets :
Poppy petal extract 48 mg
Melatonin 1 mg
For 3 tablets :
Poppy petal extract 72 mg
Melatonin 1.5 mg
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not recommended during pregnancy or while breast-feeding, or for Children and adolescents.
If you are undergoing medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), ask your doctor for advice.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
