Bach Holly flower comes from holly, a plant that is particularly popular at Christmas time. In fact, this shrub is full of vigour from November, and remains Colouring and full of life until March. It is known for its thorny leaves with tapering tips. These can resemble little hearts, while the flowers, which appear in May and June, are a very pure white.
Holly is a slow-growing plant that can live for almost three hundred years. Although this shrub often measures just a few dozen centimetres, it can sometimes reach several metres in height, clinging to other trees in particular. Extremely hardy, Holly can grow in both shade and Sun, and its evergreen foliage makes it a symbol of strength.

How to use it
Fleurs de Bach® Original are taken orally. 2drops in a glass of water or on the tongue 4 times a day.
