Bach Flower Vervain: channelled vital energy
Voluntary and robust, vervain blooms fully in summer. Able to grow in very poor soil, it can withstand extreme conditions. This plant is distinguished by its slender, upright stems, which support abundant foliage. True vervain draws its strength from its roots. Numerous and slender, they spread out and intertwine to bind themselves to the soil. This plant, firmly rooted in the earth, is capable of transforming meagre natural resources into luxuriant foliage with a light Lemon Perfume. This vital drive seems to work miracles. It is also exhausting, because if vervain is not pruned, it ends up suffocating itself.
Bach Vervain Flower is derived from its flowers, which appear from June to September. With their slender, discreet and delicate profile, vervain flowers contrast with the plant's foliage. Channelling the overflowing energy of the plant that bears them, they seem to invite reflection and restraint in order to act more efficiently.

How to use it
Fleurs de Bach® Original are taken orally. 2 drops in a glass of Water or on the tongue 4 times a day.
