How to use it
Pre- and post-workout: pour 1/2 scoop* (about 3.5g of powder) into 100ml of Water and drink about 1 hour before your session. Drink the same amount 30 minutes to 1 hour after your session. Or after intense exercise: pour 1 level scoop* (about 7g of powder) into 200ml of water and drink about 30 minutes to 1 hour after your session.
*Dosette inside the jar. Close tightly after opening. Store in a cool, dry place
