How to use it
Recommended in case of muscular aches, in anticipation and/or after the effort. Take 4 capsules per day, preferably in the evening before bedtime with a glass of water, or 2 capsules 1 hour before exercise. 2 capsules maximum 30 minutes after exercise. 30 days program.
