How to use it
How to use Belloc High-Fibre Constipation Relief?
Sprinkle one dose per day into apple purée, yoghurt or a glass of water. Mix thoroughly and consume immediately. For children aged 6 to 12, limit to one dose per day. From 12 years old, you may increase to a maximum of 3 doses daily if needed.
Remember to drink plenty of water and increase your intake gradually. Use under medical supervision as part of a varied diet.
