Fluorine also prevents acid attacks, blocking bacteria from growing in the oral cavity, even after brushing. Also contains Zinc, an antibacterial active ingredient that eliminates the bacteria responsible for plaque formation and fights bad breath. According to the FDI World Dental Federation, brushing twice a day with a fluoride toothpaste such as Fluocaril Bi-Fluoride 145mg Mint helps maintain a good dental health.

How to use it
Brush your teeth carefully after each meal, for 3 minutes, vertically from the gum to the end of the tooth.
