How to use it
How to use Elmex Sensitive Professional?
For rapid relief from sensitive teeth, apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste directly to the affected area with your finger. Gently massage for 1 minute, up to twice daily. Use alongside your regular brushing routine.
Avoid rinsing after application to prolong the protective effect. Ideal for sensitivity to heat, cold or acidic foods.

Best ToothpasteI use Elmex toothpaste and gel at least 10 years now. I used common "Big brand" toothpaste from supermarkets, but every year had problems with my teeth or my gum. While I use Elmex all of my teeth problems gone. Its have a lots of fluoride and make my teeth very strong.
