Easily digestible, with a pleasant fruity fragrance and flavour, this is the queen of cooking oils! However, be careful when choosing its quality, which should if possible be obtained from organically grown fruit and called extra virgin (the only one with the required qualities in terms of acidity (less than 0.5%)). Extra virgin olive oil is just as good for your body as it is for the outside world. Highly antioxidant, rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, as well as polyphenols, it is a well-known and recognised anti-ageing agent. Excellent for the skin and nails, its pronounced plant-based fragrance goes particularly well with Lemon.
This high-quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been used since ancient times for skin and hair care, and is unique in that it contains anti-free radical phenols, vitamin E and coenzyme Q10, which are known to combat skin ageing. Rich in oleic acid and a source of plant squalene, this oxidation-stable oil is emollient. Highly nourishing and penetrating, it also soothes and repairs. Ideal for dry, sensitive and irritated skin, as well as dry, dull hair and brittle nails.
