How to use it
Carefully brush daily (about 3 minutes), 3 times daily, after each meal. Brush in the vertical direction, from the gum to the end of the tooth.
For children six years old and under: use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimise ingestion. In the case of fluoride intake from other sources, consult a dentist or doctor.
