How to use it
How to use Gifrer Breastfeeding Herbal Tea?
Prepare your infusion by pouring freshly boiled water (90°C) over the teabag. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes to release all the active ingredients. Drink up to 4 cups per day, spaced according to your needs.
Store the teabags in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, at a temperature below 25°C. Ideal for supporting your daily breastfeeding routine.
