How to use it
How to use Gifrer Breastfeeding Herbal Tea?
Prepare your infusion by pouring freshly boiled water (90°C) over the sachet. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes to release the full flavour. Drink up to 4 cups daily, spacing them according to your needs.
Store the sachets in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture (below 25°C). Ideal for supporting you throughout your breastfeeding journey.
