How to use it
To be swallowed with a little water.
1 capsule at the beginning of or during a meal, 3 times a day, for 7 days.

Very Potent and Vey HelpfulExtremely helpful in relieving the cold symptoms, dry cough as well as chest cold. I could feel the difference after the first capsule and although it was recommended to take 3/day. 2/day for 4 days was enough to clear my cold.
Take it in the middle of the meal or immediately at the end. Never on an empty stomach, it can cause irritation.
