Scots pine provides an essential oil that has long been known to our grandmothers who, even back then, benefited from the balsamic action on bronchial tubes when they inhaled this essential oil from northern climates. It thrives in mountainous, sandy or gravelly soils, with greyish-purple bark, sturdy, acicular leaves, yellow male and red female flowers and an ovoid cone that turns green and then brown when ripe.
Diffusion formula for purified air in the face of Winter ailments: 20 drops HECT Scots Pine + 20 drops HECT Hô Wood + 20 drops HECT Ravintsara + 40 drops ess. Lemon. 6 to 8 drops of this mixture in the water of an ultrasonic diffuser for 30 minutes continuously or for 2 hours intermittently - 2 to 3 times a day depending on the presence of people and the level of risk.
