How to use it
How to use Pranarôm Cinnamon essential oil?
Take 2 drops, 3 times daily, diluted in a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or vegetable oil). Ideal for daily oral use.
Can also be applied to the skin (when diluted) or used in gentle diffusion. Always follow essential oil safety guidelines.
