How to use Pranarôm Mountain Savory Essential Oil?
Take 2 drops 3 times daily, diluted in a neutral carrier (honey, sugar or vegetable oil). Oral use is recommended for optimal effectiveness.
For topical application, dilute to 5% in a vegetable oil before use. Avoid direct inhalation or undiluted diffusion. Store away from light and heat.
