How to use Nhco Nutrition Chromium Amino Acid Chelate?
Take 1 capsule daily in the morning, ideally with breakfast and a glass of water. This convenient format fits easily into your daily routine. For optimal intake, take regularly as part of a varied diet.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, chromium picolinate. Capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, gelling agent: carrageenan, coloring agent: titanium dioxide.
