How to use it
How to use the Nexcare hot cold therapy pad?
For heat therapy: immerse in near-boiling water (off the heat) for 5–6 minutes, or heat in the microwave (2 × 30 seconds at 640W, kneading between intervals). For cold therapy, place flat in the freezer or refrigerator.
Apply to the affected area for a maximum of 20 minutes. Wait 20 minutes before reapplying. Always use flat to ensure even temperature distribution.
