How to use it
How to use the Nexcare ColdHot thermal pad?
For cold therapy: freeze for at least 2 hours before use. For heat therapy: immerse in boiling water for 6–8 minutes or heat in the microwave for 30 seconds (640W). Allow to cool for a few moments before applying.
Always place the pad inside its cover or a clean cloth before use. Apply to the affected area (muscles or joints) as needed. Do not apply directly to the skin.
