The Amino Complex contains 8 essential amino acids (including BCAA 2.1.1) which cannot be synthesised by the body: Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine and Tryptophan. They must therefore be provided by the diet: a necessary condition for the body to function properly. For athletes, it is difficult to consume enough essential amino acids through the diet to cover the body's needs. Supplementation is therefore necessary to meet the muscular needs of athletes.
