How to use it
How do I use Lansinoh Soothing Hot and Cold Compresses?
For a cooling effect, place the compress in its case and refrigerate for up to 4 hours. Apply to the breast for 15 to 20 minutes to help relieve engorgement.
For a warming effect, remove the case and heat in the microwave for a few seconds. Replace the compress in its case and apply for up to 20 minutes around the breast or breast pump.

Ingredients: Each compress is filled with sodium polyacrylate gel beads encased in a soft PVC cover.
