How to use it
Apply Lansinoh after each nursing and every time it is necessary. Gently dry the nipples with a soft cloth.Never use a hair dryer on the nipples. Take a nut of Lansinoh, heat it a little between two fingers and apply on the nipple. If necessary, apply some Lansinoh on the nursing pad. Do the same each nursing. You don't have to clean Lansinoh before breastfeeding. Merely rinse it when having a shower or a bath ; do not use soap or shower gel on the nipples.
Keep it at room temperature. The hotter it is, the easier it is to apply. The Lansinoh lanolin doesn't contain any additives to make it more fluid.
