How to use it
How to use Diet Horizon Microencapsulated Iron?
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, depending on age and needs. Children (6–18 years): maximum 1 capsule. Men: 1–2 capsules. Women, vegetarians/vegans: 2 capsules. Swallow with a glass of water, preferably during a meal.
