Known to the Greeks and Romans, thyme is a small shrub with pink flowers. Has a beneficial effect on the respiratory and digestive tracts and a general tonic action. It is an aromatic condiment much favoured in the southern French cuisine. Of all the essential oils of thyme, thymol thyme is the most active.

How to use it
In the Bath: 20 drops diluted in a bath base.
Inhalation: 2 drops in a bowl of boiling water.
Pure, 1 to 2 drops.
Diluted in a plant oil at a rate of 100 drops for 100ml of vegetable oil.
Rheumatism, muscular contractures, sciatica, lumbago: local application in massages. General fatigue: massage the feet and the solar plexus. Dermatosis (eczema, acne, psoriasis, mycosis, warts, corns, calluses, etc.): local application. Respiratory infections: massage of the chest and upper back. Difficult digestion: massage of the stomach in a clockwise direction. Diffusion in the air.
Internal use: 1 to 2 drops on a sugar cube or in a teaspoon of honey, to be left to melt in the mouth, 2 to 3 times a day.

Distilled part: aerial parts of the plant. Chemotype: Thymol, paracymene. Extraction: steam. Origin: France.
Food supplement. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not recommended for children under 6 years old. Not for prolonged use without the advice of a doctor. Never use pure: dilute to 5% maximum (except on warts with precautions).
Organic Italian helichrysum essential oil supports skin regeneration and soothes irritation with its healing properties.
